LOCAL RECOMMENDATIONS

THE TOWN

The heritage listed town of Braidwood is home to a number of charming cafes, antique shops and artistic hubs. Located within a 3 minute drive from Mona Farm, the town is home to over 14 cafes, a number of antique shops, country pubs and a 9 hole golf course. Braidwood is an artistic hub with many designers, artists, potters and ironworkers residing here.

Provisions Deli & Creperie

BREAKFAST

Provisions is a gourmet deli, pantry and creperie bringing artisan produce, specialty coffee, French galettes and crepes to regional NSW.

Stop by to try one of our delicious galettes, a Breton specialty made with gluten free Australian buckwheat flour or pick up a selection of local and international cheese, charcuterie and pantry staples.

The Albion

BREAKFAST

A local favourite in the heart of Braidwood, where fresh, seasonal produce meets genuine, country hospitality. Whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee, enjoying a leisurely lunch or staying for dinner, their menu highlights the best of the region’s flavours. Plus, they’ve got the wines to match.

ARTWORK FUND

Your presence at our wedding truly means the world to us, and we’re so grateful for the time, love, and effort it takes to celebrate with us. While we’re not expecting any gifts, if you would like to honour us in this way, we’re hoping to purchase a special piece of artwork once we return to Australia — something timeless to remind us of this beautiful celebration.
If you wish, you can contribute to this gift via the link below.

FAQ's

Arrival time

The ceremony starts at 3pm and so we ask that all guests arrive at 2:30 to ensure a prompt start time.

Transportation

For those who are not driving, there will be a bus picking you up from Braidwood town to take you to and from the wedding. Please see the bus schedule below!

Footwear

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place on grass, so we recommend wearing block heels or heel stoppers to prevent from sinking into the ground.

Children

While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that the wedding ceremony and reception be an adults-only celebration. However, kids are more than welcome to join us for the Recovery Day festivities on November 1st.
